What you will need before you get your truck registered.

1) INSURANCE: Your insurance agent will need to file an RV-1 and then send it to RMV.

2) HEAVY HIGHWAY VEHICLE USE TAX: If your vehicle's gross vehicle weight is over 55,000 lbs. you may be required to pay this tax. You will have to show a reciept that you paid this tax if you are registering your truck 60 days or more after you have bought this truck. 3) APPLICATION for MASSACHUSETTS vehicle registration. You will also need to fill out this application to get your truck registered. VEHICLE REGISTRATION APPLICATION

4) ALIAS REGISTRATION Massachusetts requires anyone who is conducting business under an alias (i.e., any name other than their own), including corporations, to file a business certificate ("doing business as") in the community where their business is principally headquartered
