1) INSURANCE: You will have to provide proof of insurance to get your truck registered
2) HEAVY HIGHWAY VEHICLE USE TAX: If your vehicle's gross vehicle weight is over 55,000 lbs. you may be required to pay this tax. You will have to show a reciept that you paid this tax if you are registering your truck 60 days or more after you have bought this truck. 3)DOT NUMBER If your vehicle is over 26,000 you will need a DOT number. You can go to this website to get the number, it's FREE, DOT NUMBER
4) Proof of Ownership
5) ASSUMED NAME REGISTRATION. If the name on the account is going to be different than your legal name or you are registering as a corporation you will have to register that name with the ARIZONA SECRETARY OF STATE
